Cannot deduct yet cause and responsibility. If pure accident, then negligence, ignorance and irresponsibilty in a failed State. Catastrophic.
If someone knew what he was doing and caused it, then also Catastrophic, revealing how vulnerable and exposed we are.
We are damned by corrupt system to an unprecedented level in history of nations, and condemned by proud Lebanese, not and don’t know if they will ever unify in and around Lebanon.
